Pressure Washing

Pressure washing: It is to keep exterior surfaces free of mildew and moss etc. Airborn spores stick to any porous surfaces and begin to cause damage to paint and masonary as their roots develop and become embedded.

The first step is to apply a mild bleaching agent and T.S.P. to the surface affected prior to pressure washing. Next step, after allowing the solution to penetrate for at least 1 hour pressure washing can be started.

Equipment: We use a 13 h.p. Honda pressure washer, which can provide 4,000 P.S.I. This is more than adequate for our industry to insure that all contaminants are removed from the surface.
